Accreditation

Ascent is a seminary of highly qualified instructors presenting master’s level material that culminates in a Master of Arts degree. While we are not opposed to seeking accreditation, we have not pursued it at this time due to the expense and time commitment. All of our faculty and administration have participated at various levels of the accreditation process previously, with some even being invited to participate on visitation teams to other universities and seminaries. Further, most of our faculty have terminal degrees, recognized by accrediting associations as qualifying them to teach at a graduate institution.
