About
Gale grew up on a farm and ranch in eastern Montana, where the Lord called him to Himself at a young age. It was there that he first began a journey of serving the Lord, preaching in his home church while he was a college student. The Lord eventually directed him and his wife, Mary to seminary and continued graduate school afterward in order to engage a life of teaching Scripture. Gale taught at colleges and seminaries for over 30 years before joining the work at Ascent Seminary. He has taught at schools in Montana, Oregon, California, Russia, Ukraine, and Turkey.
Gale specializes in theology and believes that the best model for learning is the one Jesus engaged with His disciples during His ministry on earth. Discipleship has always been the way in which Gale believed he could make the most impact. He still spends most of his early mornings meeting with guys to grow together more into the likeness of Jesus.
Gale and Mary have 2 daughters and a number of grandchildren. He enjoys the outdoors and is an avid archery hunter. He has written several works in theology and the Bible.
